Our first recommendation is that you get yourself to a thrift store and look in the belts section. You'll need a brown belt long enough to be "tied" the way Jack's is. He loops the end under and over the belt, then under the section coming out of the buckle. Also look for ornate or square belt buckles. In 'Dead Man's Chest', Jack adds a second brown belt, but this isn't a necessary item.

Some creative Sparrow fans have used decorative wall socket covers for buckles. The kind to look for are called double GFCI/rocker plates. Betsy Field Design, a Liberty Hardware brand found at most large hardware chains, has a handful of suitable designs. Target also carries some of these.

Another option is to take the buckle off this cheap imitation:

Entertainment Earth

This Aztec calendar buckle fits well with the Aztec coin motif of the second film. It's not a match, but few people will notice.

The Carolina Celt also has some suitable buckles.
