Now that you're online, you'll probably want to jump right in. But if you're new to the Web (a "newbie"), it's in your best interests to learn a little more about it before you do something that you'll regret later.
Furthermore, you'll waste time and energy if you don't spend a little time now to learn how to use the basic tools that the Web has to offer. And of course, a good webmaster always knows their way around.
