Whether your looking to analyze the results from a single study or synthesizing across multiple studies, KnowledgeHound makes it extremely easy to build a story on the fly with your research.

Quickly identify and share key themes from any open ended survey question

When analyzing any open ended question, you can quickly filter the responses provided by your customers via a simple key word search. Have a hypothesis regarding the top themes that likely exist within the responses? Start filtering by key words and begin adding the results of different themes discovered to a Story page. Now, you'll have one common place to explore the different themes uncovered from your open ended question.

Compare the sentiment score of a filtered set of responses to overall sentiment for a given question

Our text analytics capability automatically applies a sentiment score for any open ended question. Users can then compare this overall score to the relative score associated with a filtered set of responses they've created from their own analysis. This relative score makes it easy to quickly identify whether the responses you're most interested in are more negative or positive when compared to the overall responses captured.
