We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who values building relationships and can act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to our customers - highly innovative, large, complex organizations like P&G, Google, and Whirlpool. You will ultimately be responsible for engaging with customers post-sales, driving client adoption and satisfaction, and ensuring high retention.
